Experience & background
Since the 1990s, the core AvizSazeh team has worked in suspended metal ceilings — from large-scale airports and industrial complexes to commercial, corporate, and public spaces — on projects with high technical complexity and exacting architectural requirements, in close collaboration with architects and contractors.
AvizSazeh's technical office produces project-specific shop drawings for every project, controls manufacturing against approved standards, and directs execution through to final handover.
AvizSazeh has drawn on technical cooperation and specialised supply with selected international companies in Italy and Turkey, and its systems integrate with CBI Europe radiant systems.
AvizSazeh is active across Iran, Iraq, and Oman, and is ready to collaborate on regional projects.

Why material-only ceiling supply is risky
When only material is purchased, detailing, MEP coordination, alignment and visual-rhythm control, and responsibility for the final result are left to the client and contractor. That transfers execution and architectural-quality risk to the project.
Our role between architect, consultant, contractor, and owner
AvizSazeh stands between the architect's intent, the consultant's specification, the contractor's execution, and the owner's expectation — aligning them into one executable ceiling system.
Engineering responsibility
We are responsible through to delivery of the architectural result — from shop drawings and controlled production to control of installation, alignment, connections, hangers, and final quality.
